Our vendors will make sure that you won’t need to pay for everything up front. Based on the fact that we have maintained a wonderful working relationship with our vendors, they will allow you to submit a deposit and pay the balance after the event. Theme & Branding
If there is a theme, it is imperative that it be congruent with your brand. We will connect the dots and tie the lose ends together. Your personal event planner will help you carve out your theme during the initial consultation. She will conduct diligent research as it relates to your corporate culture, products, services and brand. Once she has conducted a thorough analysis, she will present you with a digital mood board and proposal that can be shared with all relevant parties. Event Décor Set Up
We’ve been to receptions where the staff is still setting up as the guests are arriving! This is a major fail. Your guests will never know what is happening behind the scenes. Event Décor Break Down
We will make sure that the venue is available for use at least two hours after the event is slated to end. This gives the event on site staff plenty of time to disassemble everything and load it back onto the truck. There’s nothing worse than staff breaking down the event while guests are still enjoying the revelry. Our break down is just as professional as our set up. We don’t want you to have to worry about any of the details. You will be insured through our company just in case your best man decides to do a back flip and lands on a table.
